The Portage TBI Clubhouse provides community-based educational, social and emotional support to adults with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), as well as their families and/or caregivers who reside in the Portage County area. The goal of the Portage TBI Clubhouse is to use the “Clubhouse Model” to accomplish the following:

      * Provide a place in Portage County where individuals with TBI can come together for educational, social and emotional support;
      * Increase access to the community for Portage County residents with TBI;
      * Increase access to appropriate public services for Portage County residents with TBI;
      * Increase self-determination of Portage County individuals with TBI; and,
      * Increase awareness of TBI and its consequences among the Portage County communities, and beyond.
